An ideal head for fine-tuning landscape compositions and for creative multiple exposure shots. A couple of minor quirks take a little getting used to. First, the controls are easier to use if you mount the camera backwards with the locking screw facing forwards. It's a little awkward. Second, the fine tuning knobs occasionally kick in with a clunk after you've used the courser adjusters. Perfect when paired with the Benro Mach 3 legs.

Having only ever using a ball-head before I was more than happy the way the geared head performed much more sensitive and precise than I could ever have imagined. The construction is nice and solid nothing weak or flimsy about it. Overall very happy with this product and for the price excellent value for money.

First class 3 way geared tripod head, perfect for my macro photography.
