Retail Store & Operations Manager - Stevenage


The successful candidate's role will include:


    • Managing the shop, online order process and staff
    • Overseeing website sales and maximising instore sales
    • Working with the senior management team to develop the business
    • Ensuring efficient running of the store and warehouse
    • Maintaining standards
    • Enforcing maximum customer service levels
    • Controlling inventory and admin including stock takes
    • Staff welfare

A Store Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of our shop and web business, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Their primary duties include the management of staff. Other main responsibilities are facilitating customer service and meeting sales and financial goals, working alongside the senior management team.


Applicants should be organised and commercially aware. No photographic knowledge is necessary but would be of benefit. You should have experience with managing in a retail store or warehouse environment.
