Stock Room, Warehouse Operative - Stevenage

The successful candidate's role will include:

  • Processing web orders
  • Picking and packing orders
  • Managing Order Logistics
  • Stock Control
  • Answering calls
  • Maintaining standards of cleanliness and presentation

Applicants should have experience working in a customer service environment and ideally within an e-commerce retail environment. Management or supervisor experience is welcomed but not a necessity.

This role is to service customer web orders and logistics. The job will require telephone contact with customers and managing the process of website order management. Candidates should be tidy and organised and be able to deal with logistics, look after customer orders and arrange to ship. A good telephone manner is also preferable.

We also see face-to-face customers and this role will also incorporate serving in the shop from time to time.
