The iconic Manfrotto 190 series of tripods have been improved yet again. Every 6 years or so Manfrotto completely redesign this top selling tripod and the NEW models have just been announced.
The PRO top, which allows right angle, horizontal macro photography, has now cleverly been designed to fit within the body of the tripod, making the action quicker, simpler and more compact.The clip leg releases have also been redesigned to be quicker to open with a double flip action.
There are 4 versions available, simplifying the range. All models have the PRO top. Two aluminium models with 3 or 4 sections, and two carbon fiber versions also with 3 or 4 sections. The 3 section is the same height closed as the old version but has longer legs so rises to a greater height. The 4 section version folds smaller than before and is the first 4 section aluminium 190 tripod. All models accept a greater weight than previous models.
