Back by popular demand, we merged our award-winning ALTA Pro tripod with our popular PH photo pan heads. ALTA Pro has unmatched versatility and stability and enables more angle possibilities than ever. Its innovative Multi-Angle Central Column (MACC) System allows users to move the central column from 0 to 180-degree angles in variable vertical and horizontal positions, making macro-photography and special-angle shots a breeze.
The Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (ISSL) System quickly and securely repositions the central column in one simple movement while maintaining the tripods stability. PH-32 is a lightweight, easy-to-operate three-way pan head with precise pan and tilt functions.
- Pan Head with Quick Release
- Column Tilts 180 Degrees
- 28.5" Folded Length
- Three Leg Sections / Three Leg Angles
- 4 Bubble Levels
- Rubber Feet with Retractable Spikes
The ALTA Pro 263AP Aluminium Tripod With PH-32 Pan Head has a load capacity of 11 lb, extends to a maximum height of 70" and folds down to only 28.5" which makes it easy to attach to a gear bag or backpack. The centre column has a tilting system which allows you to move it from 0 to 180 degrees like a boom for precise composition, making macro photography or copy work a breeze. And while we're on the subject of macro photography, the legs have 25, 50 and 80 degree stops for extra low angle shooting.
The included PH-32 3-Way Pan Head comes equipped with a quick release and camera plate for fast set up. Besides 360 degrees panning, the PH-32 has a -60 to +90 degree range of backward/forward tilt and -30 to +90 degrees of lateral tilt. The tripod incorporates a bubble level and the head has 3 of its own.
