After Sales

We want you to be completely happy when you make a purchase from CameraWorld.  However, we do understand that people can change thier minds and that things can go wrong.

Online Order Refunds

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order either before or up to 7 working days following the date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.

It is your responsibility to return any such items in a unused, pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging), along with any promotional items that were offered to you with your purchase.

You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you. This also includes any products that have been registered with the manufacturer for promotional or warranty purposes.

Prior to returning any products, please contact us.

If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.

In Store returns

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you (the customer) may be entitled to a refund, replacement or repair where goods are faulty or not as described. In other cases, for example, where you, the consumer has bought an item of clothing in the wrong size, or they have changed their mind, or an item is an unwanted gift, there is normally no automatic right to return goods.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused and unopened goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or mis-described.

If you would like to return the item for a refund for any other reason, the item must be returned with the till receipt within fourteen days and must be in an unused and unopened condition. The refund will then be subject to a 10% restocking fee and this is based upon the till receipt purchase price of the item only and does not cover any transport costs.

Repairs & Faulty Products

If your product develops a fault, then it is covered by manufacturers warranty.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer's guarantees specifically exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of sensors etc.), consumables (styli, plug fuses, cables, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage are not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights.

Two options are available:

  1. Return the item to us to forward to manufacturer for a repair
  2. Return the item direct to the manufacturer for a repair.

In both cases, please include a copy of your original receipt .

Repairs (Including impact damage)

If your product has been damaged by an impact, water or a mechanical fault has developed after the warranty has expiried, we can offer you repair service at both of our stores.

For just £25, we can send your item to our professional repair partners who will asses the damage and repair your item accordingly.
