This adapter works well with my EOS M50 and a Tamron 150-600 G2 lens. The combination has allowed me to use My M50 for bird photography. The adapter has opened up a new world of EF lenses. I fancy the Sigma 105mm macro lens.

If you are a EOS user with a range of lenses this adapter is perfect as they fit on the tiny EOS M3 body. There is a tripod mount in the adapter which takes any stress off the body.If you are a full frame user the lenses will have the appropriate factor re: the focal length.
It really is a no brainer getting this little attachment to add other 'professional'lenses. It gives you the flexibility to use your camera in more scenarios. Only 'downside' is the sheer weight of professional lenses in comparison to the light weight body of your camera.
This is an unusual bit of kit for these days. It only does one job and it does that one job to perfection. The tripod thread is definitely needed when you hang a 300 mm lens on the front of the tiny EOS M camera
Use this to enable EOS M3 to use your range of canon lenses. Easy to fit does what it says on the tin. No issues with the product identified. A pleasure to use.
"The DSLR lenses are a bit quite a bit bigger than the equivalent EF-M lenses, but it's great to be able to use them in special situations. The adapter is ruggedly built with a removable tripod mount. I've used it with a macro lens and an older 100mm to 300mm zoom with great results.
Very impressed with the image quality coming from using this teleconverter with the gear mentioned in the title, very little quality lost in the image and only a minor loss in focus speed that I'm able to pick up. Very much recommend this for those with good telephoto L prime lenses .
I have just bought this and very disappointed! I wanted it for my 5D Mark III + EF 100–400mm f/4.5 – 5.6L IS II USM lens but the auto focus dosent work when I attached the extender. I cannot understand how the lens is listed as compatible if you can use autofocus.....
I wanted to buy a 50mm prime lens for my Canon M6, so I came across this product. There was an option to select my camera model, which then showed me that I needed an adapter for this lens to be able to work.
