New De-Click Feature for Filming

The new MF 85mm F1.4 MK2 introduces enhanced usability with de-click along with weather sealing. The round bokeh and outstanding optical system create unforgettable images of your loved ones. When shooting video, it is pivotal to capture the object maintaining the same brightness even when you're changing the aperture. Here is the new feature for filming with MF 85mm. Switch the silver ring from "Click" to "Free", then your aperture is now not stopped at every aperture as cine lenses do. This "Declick" will help you adjust the brightness continuously and smoothly with much more detail between the F stops.

In terms of the “bokeh” performance, its 9-rounded aperture blades will help you achieve excellent “bokeh” results. The space between the subject and background will be effectively separated and make the subject more eye-catching. Its 9 aperture blades provide clearly defined sunstars when the aperture is stopped-down.

The new MF 85mm F1.4 MK2 features a total of 9 elements in 7 groups. Samyang uses 1 Hybrid Aspherical glass to minimize spherical and distortion aberration for sharp image quality. It will capture the detailed emotion of subjects in the most beautiful way.
