When you buy a used item over £50 it will be covered by our six-month guarantee. In the unlikely event of the product developing a manufacturer's fault within this period, pop it back to us and this will cover you for all parts and labour. If the item cannot be repaired, we will refund you in full providing it’s not covered in sand or ice cream.

Although every used item is checked by our team, we do recommend that you fully use the item within six months just to make sure you are happy with it and it's working fully.

We cannot honour any item for repair or refund if it is out of our guarantee period.
