Designed exclusively for APS-C mirrorless cameras

The lens has been designed exclusively for APS-C mirrorless cameras, resulting in a compact, lightweight body weighing just 340g. It also features a quiet, high-speed stepping motor that can lock onto subjects quickly and can be used with AF modes such as focus tracking and eye detection. Use the large focus ring to fine-tune focus with Dynamic Manual Focus (DMF). The lens also supports switching between non-linear and linear focusing when customised using the SIGMA USB DOCK UD-11 (sold separately / for L-Mount only). It is also compatible with AF assist functions found on compatible cameras (E-mount only).

Expands the range of APS-C format F1.4 prime lenses

With the addition of the 23mm F1.4 DC DN, the SIGMA Contemporary line now has four APS-C format F1.4 prime lenses.
